Two Brothers. A Dad. A Promise.
Five years ago a father promised his two young sons to teach them everything they would ever need to know about business by doing the most basic thing in the world: Cutting grass.
“Weed Reapers” sounds scary, doesn’t it? Appropriate for young men learning their way in the world of business. But if you think about it, it’s not scary at all. It’s just a naturally developed name. The Grim Reaper’s scythe is simply a farming implement, used for cutting grass. Weeds are something we could all do without. Combine the two and you have Weed Reapers. Most important, it sounds cool. In a world where what it means to be a young man is threatened daily by video games, the internet, and a political landscape as poisonous as anything you could eat or drink, the Weed Reapers stand for something a little more old school. Hard work, outside, together. We stand for a world where video games are all fun, but earning your keep by the sweat of your brow and the strength in your own two hands is Cool. Super Cool. Weed Reapers Cool.
Garrett, 18-loves root beer, family/friends, working to stride in helping others, fishing/hunting, and he also enjoys working on trucks.
Jacob, 15- has never met a video game he didn’t like and if you give him time, he’ll probably crack you up.
Dad, whose age is not to be discussed, promised his boys he’d help them start a business of their own. The Weed Reapers are the result of that promise.
